Nokia 5800, number one music player in UK

Despite of some critics from many tech blogger around the world, Nokia 5800 is still continue to make hit sales anywhere it is intoduced. The news coming from Nokia chief executive Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo himself.

With about 1 million set sold each month, retailers reported stock shortages on the product. Nokia has acknowledged the inital ‘capacity’ problems with the product.

Nokia also claim that Nokia 5800 is now number one portable digital music player in UK. ccording to GFK Retail and Technology data, the Nokia 5800 was the top device in both volume and value in Q1 in the UK. This makes it the best selling portable music player.
